Role Overview
- Collaborate with Storm Reply resources and clients to derive, develop and deliver business and technology solutions and service offerings using the latest AWS CX-oriented technology
- Collaborate with project and program managers, providing them with the necessary support and tools to ensure successful project execution in alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations
- Deliver industry-leading work
Requirements
- Current AWS Certification as Solution Architect
- Associate or similar
- Three (3) years up to and including current hands-on experience implementing AWS-based solutions in client environments
- Demonstrated Amazon Connect solution design and engineering expertise
- Demonstrated DevSecOps experience on AWS with AWS and/or industry-standard tools including AWS CloudFormation and AWS Lambda
- Demonstrated work in Agile™ development environments, working knowledge of Scrum™, Agile™ ceremonies, planning activities and project cadence
