About this role
Role Overview
Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, from planning through release, ensuring alignment with product and engineering goals.
Align priorities across engineering and product, balancing scope, timeline, and quality.
Define scope, translate product requirements into actionable plans, and manage dependencies across teams.
Track progress using data-driven metrics; proactively identify risks, escalate blockers, and drive mitigation.
Coordinate across global stakeholders (Poland, HQ, and other regions), ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Negotiate timelines and trade-offs based on project needs and engineering capacity.
Support roadmap planning, execution tracking, and reporting across delivery cycles.
Contribute to technical discussions by understanding system architecture, constraints, and trade-offs.
Oversee release planning, integration, and cross-team coordination to ensure smooth delivery.
Drive continuous improvement of development processes, workflows, and team efficiency, including stakeholder alignment and buy-in.
Ensure adherence to software development best practices (Agile, CI/CD, quality standards).
Partner with external integration teams: OEM partners, simulation vendors, to manage joint deliverables.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a (Technical) Project Manager, Product Owner or similar role in product management
Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of software development process
Practical experience working in Agile Software Development Methodology
Fluent English
Working experience with multi-site, multi-national and multi-contributor teams (Nice to have)
Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle (Nice to have)
Knowledge and experience working with automotive products (Nice to have)
Experience using AI tools and models to automate business and engineering workflows (Nice to have)
Korean language skills (Nice to have)
