Global R2R Finance Innovation Manager

Role Overview

• Design and deploy solutions across Record to Report (R2R) processes
• Driving standardization, simplification, automation, and productivity improvements
• Collaborating with Finance Innovation & Productivity COE and Shared Service Centers
• Support large-scale transformation programs and future-state organizational design
• Reporting to the Global Manager Finance Innovation & Satellite Tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance process optimization and reporting improvement
• End-to-end knowledge of finance processes
• 4+ years of project leadership experience
• Experience collaborating with global team members
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Central Finance
• Experience with project and change management
• Passionate about innovation, automation, and improvement
• Committed to delivering high-quality service and measurable growth
• Advanced proficiency in English.
