Role Overview
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Use data and systematic tools to improve efficiency, throughput, and capacity utilization
- Review process performance and optimize the use of resources, equipment, and materials
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices across operations
- Create and maintain KPIs and scorecards to track performance and results
- Implement Operational Excellence ways of working and support a strong continuous improvement culture
Requirements
- Relevant degree (e.g. Industrial Engineering or similar)
- Strong hands-on experience in Lean manufacturing and process improvement
- Experience in leading teams and projects
- Strong understanding of operational and production environments
- Practical experience with Six Sigma tools and a systematic problem-solving approach
- Fluency in Finnish and English
