You are responsible for cross-functional coordination of delivery, client support and product conception across interdisciplinary project teams.
You ensure smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams from other areas, such as in-house development and quality assurance teams.
You line-manage and lead the product management, UI/UX, consulting, service and project management disciplines and actively support the professional and personal development of your team members.
You support the team during bottlenecks and promote autonomy, a sense of responsibility, solution orientation and quality awareness.
Ideally, you also advise and support our clients as a Digital Health Consultant in the context of product development.
Facilitating and moderating workshops of various formats and sizes is no problem for you, and you are equally comfortable presenting on stage.
You act as the interface to Marketing and Sales and play a key role in external representation and new client acquisition.

Several years of professional experience in agile product development of digital solutions – ideally as a Director, Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner or Consultant in the digital health domain
Solid experience in project governance and controlling
Knowledge of, or a solid awareness of, the regulated medical device environment (MDR, ISO 13485 / IEC 62304)
Experience as a leader with line management responsibility
Strong communication skills and the ability to make decisions, lead stakeholders and bring different perspectives together
Independent, solution-oriented working style, willingness to drive change, openness to AI technologies and a good technical understanding
You thrive in a dynamic environment and are familiar with conflict management
Fluent German and English communication skills
Willingness to travel to attend conferences and events and to visit your team, partners and clients
