Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
Own and evolve the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Drive the transformation of FP&A processes, tools, and ways of working
Champion process improvement, automation, and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions
Deliver clear, forward-looking financial insight and performance analysis
Oversee monthly management reporting and financial commentary
Partner closely with Data and Analytics teams to improve financial reporting
Act as a trusted senior Finance partner across the business

Significant experience leading FP&A teams within a technology, marketplace, consumer, or other fast-paced commercial environment
Strong experience leading finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, systems implementation, or operating model change
Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and driver-based modelling
Strong commercial judgment and a deep understanding of business performance, customer behaviour, and operational decisions
Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
A collaborative and people-focused leadership style
Comfort working in evolving, fast-moving environments
A recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
