About this role
Role Overview
In this position you will play a central role in the design and implementation of UV disinfection solutions for municipal and industrial applications.
You will combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of customer requirements and actively contribute to advancing sustainable water solutions worldwide.
You will design and size UV disinfection systems for national and international projects — from the initial technical planning to preparing proposals.
You will support our sales teams and partners with technical and commercial questions and contribute your expertise during customer discussions.
You will present our solutions to customers on site and accompany projects in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
You will analyze project developments, identify risks at an early stage, and contribute to successful project execution.
You will ensure a structured handover of won projects to order processing and project teams.
You will review tender documents, identify deviations, and develop technical solutions.
You will participate in the development of strategies for complex projects and tenders.
You will develop training materials and conduct trainings for internal teams and partners.
You will monitor market trends and customer needs and provide input for the further development of our solutions.
Requirements
Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in a technical or sales-related role in the water, environmental engineering, or plant construction sectors is an advantage
Interest in technical products and a solid commercial understanding
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Enjoy working with customers and international teams
Confident use of common IT systems (e.g., ERP/CRM, ideally SAP)
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
