Role Overview

• Establishing a customer service culture in HR processes
• Delivering talent management and performance management for a district of 6-12 stores
• Coaching and consulting on development planning for district and store leaders
• Conducting store HR meetings and following up on issues
• Assisting in labor and workplace incidents management

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in human resources or related field
• 8 years of work experience
• Knowledge and experience in operational, sales and management
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
