Own fragrance data products end-to-end during the secondment period, from data capture and integration through to analytics, dashboards and insight delivery.
Design and embed pragmatic data architecture, standards and governance for fragrance, formulation and sensory data.
Enable automated and scalable data capture, particularly from laboratory systems and digital lab tools, reducing manual effort and improving data quality.
Translate complex datasets into clear, decision-ready insights, working closely with R&D and business teams to define and track high-value metrics.
Act as a bridge between business and technology, partnering with Digital, IT and external providers to deliver analytics, AI and generative design capabilities.
Champion data adoption and literacy, ensuring tools, dashboards and practices are well embedded by the end of the secondment.
Requirements
Experience in data analytics, data engineering and data architecture, ideally in FMCG, R&D or consumer product environments.
Strong capability in data visualization and analytics products (e.g. Power BI) for technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of modern data platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP), Data Transformation (SQL, Python) and data governance practices.
Experience with laboratory, formulation, sensory or consumer testing data is highly desirable.
Comfortable operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
