You take responsibility for central international projects and ensure that planning, execution and value delivery align optimally:
You manage international projects and programs—from concept through successful delivery
You plan and control schedules, budgets and resources with a focus on efficiency and impact
You take on strategic special projects for top management (e.g., operating model, scaling, performance initiatives)
You lead complex initiatives in M&A and PMI environments as well as strategic transformation projects
You bring structure to complex topics through clear governance, processes and priorities
You develop and establish standards, methods and best practices in project management
You coordinate cross-functional and international stakeholders—including C-level
You track progress, KPIs and business impact and report in a structured way to management
You leverage modern tools, AI and automation to make project work more efficient and scalable

Completed degree (e.g., business, management) or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in international project or program management
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance structures
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a structured way of working
Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Hands-on mentality and the ability to maintain an overview in complex situations
Experience using digital tools, AI or automation in a project context is a plus
Business-fluent English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel within Europe
