Fleet Implementation Project Manager

Role Overview

• Plays a key role in the design, development, and execution of assigned client implementations
• Requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers
• Exercises independent judgment to ensure timely, accurate, and successful delivery of implementations
• Establishes and maintains strong consultative client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction and product adoption
• Delivers a high-touch, white-glove customer experience
• Serves as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation
• Provides comprehensive training, strategic guidance, and best practice recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of experience in project management activities
• Familiarity with financial services, payments, or fleet/card-based solutions preferred
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret large data sets
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Interpersonal skills, with excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Strong problem solving skills; self-motivated, self-starter
