Administer Perforce Learning (Docebo Learning Management System): course creation, enrollment, learning paths, SCORM/xAPI content, reporting, and platform troubleshooting
Administer Showpad: maintain and update pages, coordinate content uploads/tagging/retirement with GTM leaders, and train users on navigation including onboarding new sellers
Use AI (i.e. Copilot, Claude) to draft learning content, AI Agents, course narratives, scenario-based activities, learner guides, and communications per Perforce's AI policy
Build and maintain a prompt library and reusable templates; support personalized learning paths and automated learner nudges within the LMS
Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for cohort-based learning, onboarding, and program launches (Self Leadership, HPT, SLII, Insights Discovery, Coaching)
Track key L&D metrics i.e. completions, satisfaction (≥ 4.0/5.0), NPS and maintain L&D resources on OnePlace
Partner with HRBPs, Sales Enablement, and P&C across India & APAC, EMEA, and the Americas; manage deliverables via Asana/SharePoint
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in L&D, HR Ops, sales enablement, or training coordination, preferably in a global tech company, with experience supporting GTM teams and familiarity with ADP as a plus
Hands-on LMS administration required (Docebo strongly preferred), with SCORM/xAPI proficiency and experience with Showpad or similar sales enablement platforms like Highspot or Seismic
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Copilot, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with practical experience using AI tools like Copilot or Claude for creating, editing, organizing, and optimizing work content
Ability to write effective AI prompts, refine outputs for accuracy/tone/audience, build reusable prompt templates, and work within AI governance guidelines including data privacy and IP protection
Strong project management, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills across global time zones; bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent experience and relevant certifications (ATD, SHRM, LMS, AI tools, etc.) will also be considered
