Associate Manager, Financial Accounting and Control

Role Overview

• preparing, developing, and analysing financial information
• ensuring accuracy of P&L and Balance Sheet
• preparation of month-end accounts close and review processes
• supporting the external audit process for companies within scope
• adhering to internal controls as per group policies
• collaborating with Entity Accountants, Financial Controllers, and other teams
• supporting Group projects and implementation of new systems and processes

Requirements

• professional accounting degree
• minimum 4 years of experience in General Accounting
• strong track record in processing core accounting transactions and consolidations
• background in a finance shared services environment is an advantage
• financial control processes including account reconciliations and substantiations
• hands on experience in SAP, Oracle, Oracle Fusion, and Blackline is an advantage
• excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
• excellent communication skills in oral & written English
