Role Overview
- Lead and manage a team of claims professionals focusing on strong job performance, talent development, and engagement
- Ensure efficient, effective, and compliant team operations and accurate risk management of disability claims
- Develop and refine claim handling processes and standards
- Spearhead product initiatives and technological enhancements
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and a minimum of five years of supervision/management experience
- Five years of demonstrated success in Disability claim management
- BA/BS in a related field of business is highly preferred
- Deep understanding and experience with managing disability teams and adherence to state and federal laws
- Exceptional communication skills
