Senior Specialist II, Gainsight Administrator

Role Overview

• Serve as the primary administrator for system platforms
• Manage and optimize data integrations between system platforms and other operational platforms
• Lead a team of three system administrators/analysts
• Partner closely with functional teams and Executive Leadership
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and health scores
• Drive improvements to the customer journey by implementing platform programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6-8 years of experience in platform administration
• Strong understanding of processes, lifecycle management, and modeling
• Proficiency with system platforms, data integrations, and ETL workflows
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project-management skills
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
