Payroll Specialist

Role Overview

• Maintain employee records and pay employees
• Check and audit timecards for compliance
• Review new hire information as it relates to payroll
• Process multi-state payrolls
• Download standard payroll reports and run custom reports

Requirements

• Associate degree or 2-3 years of payroll processing experience
• Strong accounting skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now preferred
• Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically, both verbally and in writing
