Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and local recruitment strategies for our fast-growing business
Manage job postings and develop recruitment-related posts on LinkedIn
Manage the interview process and conduct initial screening interviews
Define search strategies to find top talent, proactively or based on business needs
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of suitable candidates for recruitment processes
Adopt a consultative mindset – act as a relationship manager for candidates, hiring managers, and third-party providers, where applicable
Prepare recruitment, onboarding, and HR data for presentation to management
Participate in and/or organize networking events/conferences and employer branding activities in key recruitment regions, when relevant
When needed, support HR activities – recruitment, onboarding, benefits and compensation, learning and development, DEI, employer branding, among others
Provide strategic support for operational HR functions, including onboarding procedures, focusing on process optimization for efficiency and effectiveness
Contribute to continuous cultural improvement by promoting an environment where feedback is valued and acted upon.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent higher education) in social sciences, human resources, management, or related fields (preferred)
2+ years of experience in similar roles (preferably in IT consulting firms)
Strong sourcing skills and prior experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks
Client-oriented with high service delivery standards and a strong focus on candidate quality
Proven stakeholder management skills, able to advise management teams
Demonstrable knowledge of the candidate market in Portugal
Good communication skills, high sense of responsibility, proactivity, and ability to interact effectively
Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness, especially under pressure
Strong analytical skills
Results-oriented attitude and team player
Experience with MS Office, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Fluent spoken and written English
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Jira and Confluence is a plus.
