Support the company’s day-to-day IT operations, CRM administration, user onboarding, and technical maintenance of WordPress websites and related web infrastructure.
Act as the internal IT point of contact for WordPress websites and related web infrastructure.
Support daily IT operations for franchise partners and HQ staff.
Provide internal helpdesk support, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
Create and maintain clear SOPs, checklists, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
Working knowledge of WordPress administration and common website technical issues (1-3 years of experience)
Experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar technical support role.
Understanding of hosting, DNS, SSL, domains, backups, staging environments, and website infrastructure.
Experience with user access management, SaaS administration, MFA, and basic security best practices.
Familiarity with Google Workspace administration.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Strong documentation, organization, troubleshooting, and follow-through skills.
Ability to coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
