Administer and configure Windows IT infrastructures
Diagnose and resolve issues in clients' IT infrastructures, and carry out complex IT projects on-site at client locations
Configure and maintain IT security components
Analyze and resolve incidents at 2nd and 3rd level support
Virtualize server environments using VMware and/or Hyper-V
Administer current Microsoft® Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11) and Microsoft 365
Network administration (routers, switches, firewalls, DNS, certificates, monitoring)
Administration of Office 365 server applications, Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

You have completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field, or as a career changer you have several years of hands-on IT experience
You possess broad general IT knowledge and strong technical understanding
Alongside your enthusiasm for challenges, you have a strong focus on customer benefit
Friendly and professional demeanor both externally and internally
Work efficiently and reliably
