Role Overview
- Support strategic thought partnership to the US CEP leadership team
- Maximize performance and effectiveness of the customer facing team
- Partner with the IIS CEP directors in the areas of strategic planning
- Leverage functional analytic knowledge to influence senior CEP National Leaders
- Support partnership with SCBU cross-functional partners and Commercial Analytics colleagues
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive innovation in our go-to-market model
- Connect granular task to longer-term strategic initiatives for SCBU
- Serve as liaison between leadership, vendors and stakeholders
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree required
- MBA or other advanced professional degree (e.g., PhD, MD, JD) preferred
- 6 years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales/consulting experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, including presentations, PowerPoint/written, meeting facilitation, and one-on-one/small group
- Team-orientation and collaborative approach
- Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity
- Sophisticated executive demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and to influence and drive change
