Role Overview
- Ownership of post-Rx customer journey design for HCPs, patients, and office staff
- Lead development of field force training and resources to support payer pull-through
- Manage vendor partners in resource development and approval
- Lead payer budget management activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 6+ years of combined experience within the U.S. pharmaceutical/healthcare market
- Experience with US payer dynamics and general market access
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to develop strong partnerships across functions
- Executive presence and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
