Build a robust, qualified pipeline (3–4x coverage) across automation, software, and lifecycle services
Prioritize high-value opportunities and manage long-cycle, complex deals
Develop multi-year account plans for main customers
Establish relationships at C-level and plant leadership levels
Lead with benefits (ROI, OEE improvement, energy savings, risk reduction)
Translate customer challenges into quantified business cases
Lead teams (engineering, domain experts, services) to deliver winning proposals
Build industry presence and credibility in Thailand
Identify white spaces and new opportunities in digitalization and sustainability
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or related field
5 years of experience in industrial automation, digitalization, or related sectors
Experience in strategic/complex sales within heavy industries in Thailand
Experience with plant operations and industrial value drivers
Hunter mindset with strategic discipline
Navigate complex organizations and decision-makers
Strong financial skills (business case development, value articulation)
Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects in Thai & English
