Senior Strategy Consultant

Role Overview

• Provide data-based strategic direction to support the broader team and identify and address business issues and opportunities
• Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses to support CenterWell-wide priorities
• Collaborate with CenterWell leadership and senior leaders across our Primary Care, Home, and Pharmacy businesses
• Summarize complex information into compelling, executive-ready presentations and strategic deliverables
• Develop business case components and value analyses, supporting metrics development and tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with a leading management consulting firm
• 4+ years in a strategic or strategic operations role requiring core consulting skills, with evidence of increasing responsibility
• 3+ years of experience with competitive analysis, strategy roadmaps, strategic investment prioritization, operating model design
• 3+ years of experience in financial modeling, interpreting complex operational and financial data, and developing business cases
• 3+ years of experience with executive-level presentations and deliverables
