Role Overview
- Adjust subcontracting strategy in dynamic market, manage the full contract lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, company policies, and applicable laws
- Identify, assess, and manage contractual risks; drive commercial negotiations
- Manage contract variations, change orders, extensions of time, prepare claims and responses
- Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, coordinate with Finance on invoicing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
- 10 years of relevant experience in contract management, commercial management, or project procurement
- Experience in EPC, construction, industrial, energy, or large-scale project environments preferred
- Proven experience handling complex contracts, variations, and claims
