About this role

Supports the creation, organization, and lifecycle management of HR knowledge content.
Captures subject matter expertise and develops user-friendly knowledge articles.
Ensures content is optimized for discoverability within platforms like Workday Help.
Manages knowledge articles within Workday Help and other platforms.
Collaborates with HR subject matter experts (SMEs) and CoEs to gather accurate information.
Writes clear, concise, and user-friendly articles, guides, and FAQs using plain language.
Develops and incorporates multimedia assets such as PowerPoint-based videos.

Bachelor’s degree in communications, Knowledge Management, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, HR communications, or content development.
Experience managing content in Workday Help, ServiceNow or similar knowledge platforms.
Familiarity with LMS tools and content lifecycle best practices.
Experience with multimedia tools (e.g., PowerPoint, SundaySky, video editing software).
