Support the development, writing and refinement of Commercial and Medicare Advantage reimbursement policies
Support implementation of healthcare reimbursement strategies
Assist with critical strategic planning and thought leadership
Present reimbursement policy concepts and impact assessments
Organize, optimize and communicate progress toward completion of the overall reimbursement policy work portfolio
Coordinate, collaborate and integrate input from various partners
Analyze and monitor regulatory, industry, and market‑based trends

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
3+ years of experience in related field
In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field
Bonus Points (preferred qualifications): Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in policy analysis, healthcare policy support, reimbursement, or related analytical roles
Strong written communication skills with experience drafting structured policy or briefing materials
Ability to analyze complex information and synthesize it into clear recommendations
Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement concepts, payment policy, or provider reimbursement models
Experience supporting policy review, governance, or structured approval processes
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
