Manage a team of commissioning agents and technicians to execute multiple projects.
Coordinate and communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
Develop and track project resources and metrics for timely delivery.
Establish a process for tracking and reporting project status.
Document all communications from team to clients and contractors.
Develop proposals for new commissioning projects, including labor estimates.
Provide training and mentoring to team members.
Interact with owners and clients for expectation management.
Participate in development and marketing of new opportunities.
Requirements
Associate or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
A minimum of 10 years of commissioning or related experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, or building operation management experience.
