About this role
Role Overview
- Designs, develops and maintains complex systems by applying engineering principles
- Analyzes system requirements (system and functional specifications) and addresses stakeholder needs
- Writes and updates functional specifications for system functions
- Supports architects in preparing their Definition Justification Plan and coordinates activities with specialized engineers
- Manages system integration
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Mechatronics, Transportation, or a related field
- Initial experience in systems engineering within an industrial environment and working on complex systems
- Proficient with systems development tools such as DOORS, Reqtify and/or MBSE
- Knowledge of the military environment (land, naval, or air) is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrates analytical thinking, rigor, and strong interpersonal skills
