About this role

Ensure facility has clear understanding of job’s production plan
Communicate customer specifications through material requisitions, job tickets, meetings, and emails
Knowledgeable about equipment, materials, and technologies used in Folding Carton Industry
Communicate effectively with all department managers
Provide leadership to accomplish production goals
Report to the site manager
Collaborate with Sales & Customer Service
Work with Purchasing to consume aging inventory
Actively lead and participate in meetings
Comply with company safety requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar industry and manufacturing
Prior supervisor experience is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of related work experience in lieu of degree
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently & proactively
Ability to use sound judgment and remain focused while dealing with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work within a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, (outlook, excel, word, etc.)
Advanceware software
