About this role
Role Overview
Collaborate on the creation of strategic roadmaps
Execute on tactical steps within project plans with minimal support
Partner across departments in the enterprise to support the execution of project plans
Partner with DDAT to develop requirements, test & certify the solution, launch it to chain
Partner with Sr. Manager to communicate plans, risks, and opportunities from working team up to executive leadership
Support the implementation team in writing field communications
Manage help desk & field questions related to project
Support the creation of field & corporate facing materials such as: Colleague training
Ad-Hoc Analytics Support reporting and analysis for deep dive/follow up questions related to progression towards shared goals
Translate data insights into meaningful insights and actions
Requirements
5+ years’ experience within retail pharmacy operations (working in or with pharmacies)
5+ years’ experience building high-performing teams with experience engaging and inspiring teams to achieve both short-term and long-term goals
Experience with Back End Pharmacy System Operations
Experience understanding complex systems (Ex. Electronic Prescribing)
Experience influencing without authority
Self-directed requiring little direction
Leverages a continual improvement mindset to create simplicity and improve the colleague and customer experience
Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
Strong personal integrity and judgment, evidenced by a track record of managing highly sensitive or highly visible business matters
Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
Demonstrated growth mindset and willingness to learn and accept feedback
Proven track record of high performance
Regular and reliable attendance
Any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Occasional travel may be required
