Manage full-cycle recruitment, build candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive candidate experience
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and align on search strategy and timelines
Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance and data integrity
Support employer branding initiatives by managing social platform postings and participating in virtual career events
Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a professional services, nonprofit, or research-driven environment.
Experienced with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms, including hands-on experience with Dayforce—supporting system implementations, workflow configuration, data migration, reporting, and end-user training.
Skilled in sourcing and lead generation, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools to fill hard-to-hire roles.
