You support our Area Sales Team with day-to-day operations, analysis, reporting and administrative tasks.
You ensure that our sales team is always provided with relevant information, reports and customer updates.
You assist with tenders, price inquiries, contract coordination and onboarding of new customers.
You act as the central interface between sales and other internal departments, ensuring smooth collaboration.
You are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate matters together with the responsible Area Sales Managers.
You prepare regular meetings and cross-departmental alignments and support their execution.
You maintain and manage relevant customer and sales data, ensuring high data quality.
You contribute your own ideas to optimize processes and workflows in the sales environment.
Requirements
You have successfully completed commercial training (e.g., a commercial apprenticeship) or hold an equivalent qualification.
Ideally, you have initial professional experience in inside sales, sales support or a comparable role.
You work in a structured and reliable manner and maintain an overview even in dynamic situations.
You enjoy working with different stakeholders and driving topics forward independently.
You have strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
You communicate confidently and professionally in German and English.
You are proficient in MS Office and adapt quickly to new systems.
You enjoy working in a team and have a hands-on mentality.
