About this role

Planning and overseeing the implementation of engineering structures in the areas of wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, or energy efficiency
Preparation of detailed tender documents
Ensuring efficient, quality-focused project delivery
Coordinating project progress and managing on-site construction execution
Monitoring scope of work with respect to contract volume, quality, schedules and costs, and handling change order management
Liaising with clients and resolving technical issues with specialist planners
Acting as the responsible point of contact until successful project completion

Degree in civil engineering or a related field
At least 3 years' professional experience as a construction manager (site manager)
Experience with complex technical construction projects or infrastructure projects is an advantage
Confident knowledge of regulations such as VOB and of IT tools (costing/tendering software such as iTWO)
Understanding of the requirements for water infrastructure and energy-efficient structures
Enjoys working proactively and independently as part of a team
