Define and execute the company’s distribution, growth, and monetization strategy across top streaming OEM platforms including Amazon, Roku, Google, Apple, and other targeted device partners.
Own senior-level relationships, drive complex commercial agreements, and lead cross-functional initiatives to maximize reach, engagement, and revenue.
Develop and lead the integration of end-to-end marketing strategy for all major streaming platforms.
Build and maintain senior, multi-threaded relationships with key partners (Amazon, Roku, Google, Apple, etc.).
Partner in complex negotiations for distribution agreements, revenue share models, co-marketing investments, and platform merchandising opportunities.
Establish KPIs and operating rhythms to monitor platform performance (acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization).
Requirements
12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or platform business development within OTT, CTV, digital media, or related industries.
Demonstrated success managing and growing relationships with Tier 1 streaming OEM platforms (e.g., Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Google/Android TV, Apple TV).
Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex, high-value commercial agreements with measurable revenue impact.
Deep understanding of streaming business models including AVOD, FAST, SVOD, and CTV advertising ecosystems.
Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience building business cases, forecasts, and joint business plans (JBPs).
Technical fluency in OTT ecosystems, including app distribution, platform certification, APIs/SDKs, and ad tech (e.g., SSAI, programmatic, measurement).
Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
Experience leading and scaling high-performing teams in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent business/strategy experience preferred.
