Role Overview
Translate business strategy, product availability, and market priorities into clear, actionable sales plays.
Develop 'what to sell now' content, including partner-ready messaging, playbooks, and frameworks.
Design and deliver enablement programs such as webinars, training sessions, and on-demand content.
Guide sellers and partners on how to maximize vendor and TD SYNNEX funding, incentives, and programs.
Identify opportunities to unlock incremental revenue through program stacking, incentives, and targeted motions.
Drive consistent, high-impact communication through newsletters, announcements, and field updates.
Partner closely with Strategic Business Managers, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure aligned execution.
Build scalable enablement frameworks that allow successful motions to be replicated across teams and partners.
Track enablement effectiveness, adoption, and performance; refine programs based on data, feedback, and ROI.
Support field teams with practical, easy-to-execute guidance that removes friction from the sales process.
Lead partner engagement initiatives that strengthen relationships and improve go-to-market execution.
Ensure strong alignment between strategy, enablement, and sales outcomes.
Requirements
7–10 years of relevant experience in business management, sales enablement, partner programs, or a related field.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, incentive structures, and funding programs.
Proven experience building and delivering sales plays, enablement content, and training programs.
Ability to translate complex strategies into simple, actionable guidance for sellers and partners.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging field and partner audiences.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Vendor teams.
Highly organized, with a strong execution mindset and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to drive adoption, influence outcomes, and change behavior at scale.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
