Customer Operations Specialist – Medical Device

Role Overview

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery
• Handle commercial orders and sample shipments
• Maintain CRM master data
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, logistics providers, and Finance
• Proactively manage backorders and inventory exceptions
• Resolve order
• and shipment-related issues
• Oversee return and replacement processes
• Support timely conversion of quotations into orders
• Maintain accurate Training records of HCP participants
• Support HCP transparency reporting requirements
• Assist the Customer Care Team in handling inquiries and complaints
• Contribute to a customer-centric culture
• Assist with sustainability and ESG reporting preparation

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French
• Proficient in Excel and dashboards
• Strong analytical ability to identify performance trends
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and adaptability
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
