Leading engagement teams on a range of product types, overseeing work as the main point of contact with the client.
Build strong, trusted adviser relationships with senior management and mid-level executives and other key stakeholders in engagements (including contacts at banks, private equity, private credit, other lenders and law firms).
Manage engagements and projects to scope, time, quality and budget complying with Interpath’s engagement management practices.
Undertaking of detailed financial restructuring analysis to present robust advice to client teams.
Appraise challenging and fast developing situations and look to develop innovative solutions and assess options for businesses and their stakeholders.
Involvement in new product development or business development activities.
Development of junior staff on assignments.
Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent: CFA, ACCA, ISCA etc.) or qualifying experience, with a background in Financial Restructuring, Corporate Finance, Special Situations, Debt Advisory or Turnaround.
Well-established client and professional network across Asia, including corporates, banks, private credit funds, private equity funds, and law firms
Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams
Strong commercial mindset and business acumen
Proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to work innovatively, alongside effective delegation to wider teams
Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders across all levels, often in complex and sensitive situations
Flexible and open to working across sectors, with a willingness to travel where required
Positive team contributor with a track record of mentoring and developing junior colleagues
High levels of drive, energy, and enthusiasm
