Role Overview
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Contribute to the annual marketing budget and monitor spending.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, offline, events).
- Track and measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, designers, content creators).
Content & Branding
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, website content, and promotional material.
- Develop engaging content to support campaigns, thought leadership, and employer branding initiatives.
Digital Marketing
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
- Analyze website traffic and digital campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools and trends.
Events & Partnerships
- Organize and manage events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
External Marketing (Accounts Growth)
- Collaborate with the commercial team to design tailored marketing strategies for client accounts.
- Develop and execute campaigns that boost engagement, visibility, and sales volumes.
- Create customized marketing activations and seasonal campaigns to support client objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a marketing consultant for accounts, ensuring alignment between client needs and company solutions.
Requirements
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and copywriting skills.
- Creative thinker with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
