Support Beneq’s Semiconductor ALD products throughout their lifecycle
from field issue resolution to continuous product improvement and future product development support
Act as a technical expert supporting customers, field service engineers, and internal teams
Diagnose and resolve complex equipment and process-related issues remotely and on-site
Lead and support root cause analysis and product reliability improvement activities
Collect and analyze customer and field feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to enhance product performance and serviceability
Participate in failure analysis, FMEA, and corrective action activities
Support new product introduction (NPI) and service readiness
Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and training materials
Deliver technical support and training for internal teams and customers
Support technical discussions, demonstrations, and customer interactions when needed

Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, automation engineering, or another relevant technical field
Experience in semiconductor equipment, semiconductor processes, or related high-tech industries
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and structured approach to technical challenges
Excellent English language skills
Willingness to travel globally approximately 70 days per year, including longer customer site visits when needed
