Lead customer meetings, product tastings, negotiations, and sales visits while representing the Planted brand and product portfolio.
Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships to increase both in-store and out-of-store sales.
Create long-term, win‑win partnerships through smart sales strategies and outstanding plant‑based food experiences for end consumers.
Manage customer consultations, complaints, merchandising activities, and daily follow-ups in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
Maintain accurate CRM records and continuously monitor sales activities and market developments in your region.
Requirements
Degree or professional training in gastronomy, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of sales experience, ideally within food service, gastronomy, or FMCG.
Confident communicator and negotiator with the ability to build strong customer relationships naturally.
Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, bringing a structured, resilient, and customer-oriented approach, and an open, outgoing personality.
Excellent presentation, communication, MS Office, and AI skills to drive impactful customer interactions and significantly increase productivity.
Genuine passion for plant-based food and sustainable eating experiences.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly across Romandie.
Native-level French and fluent English.
