Role Overview
- Oversee the disbursement of funds to EPIL sellers
- Monitor and report on key operational performance indicators
- Act as an operational point of contact for issues and incidents
- Ensure incidents are logged and triaged
- Support execution of the Outsourcing Program
- Support execution of the Business Continuity Management Framework
- Manage operational rhythm of quarterly Board and CORE reporting
- Maintain and refine operational procedures (SOPs)
- Participate in vendor oversight activities
- Gather data and prepare regulatory returns
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, FinTech or Banking Payments
- Proven operational knowledge of payout / disbursement flows and flow of funds
- Experience working with or overseeing regulated entities, payment service providers, merchant acquirers and/or banking partners
- Comfort operating within a regulated or policy-driven context
- A successful track record of coordinating cross-functional projects across Operations, Engineering, Product, Finance, Risk and Compliance
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data and dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- International experience or experience collaborating with cross-border teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
