About this role

Lead the creation and rollout of brand identity systems across all touchpoints: logos, color, typography, motion principles, and visual language
Develop brand guidelines and design toolkits that other teams can use without breaking the system
Own design quality from early concepting through to final delivery
Work closely with Creative leads to align brand expression with strategy
Present work clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
Mentor junior designers and provide clear, actionable feedback.

5–7 years in branding and visual identity design
Agency experience
Portfolio demonstrating identity systems built from scratch or significantly evolved
GCC / Saudi market understanding
Strong visual taste and cultural awareness
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Magnific, Topaz for image enhancement.
