Requirements

5 years of design experience with a portfolio showing illustration, editorial design, and conceptual range.
Figma fluency, and a habit of pulling references, building moodboards, and designing inside a layered brand system.
Familiarity with AI and generative image tools.
Self-directed, communicative in writing, and able to overlap with US Pacific timezone morning meetings at least twice a week.
Able to execute motion design and video editing independently in After Effects and Premiere Pro (or equivalents).
Bonus points for accessibility awareness such as WCAG color contrast and inclusive design principles.
