About this role
Role Overview
- Assume responsibility for sales activities of our innovative spinal implants and instruments
- Responsible for the operational and strategic management of the sales territory in Northern Baden‑Württemberg and Southern Hesse
- Conduct targeted new customer acquisition and support existing customers
- Implement marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with management
- Conduct negotiations with OR management, chief physicians, hospital administrations and procurement departments
- Advise and train medical and nursing staff
- Attend trade shows, conferences and business meetings to strengthen customer relationships
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience with technically complex products, ideally in medical technology
- Strong communication skills, creativity and flexibility
- Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, solution-oriented approach and excellent organizational skills
- Possession of a valid Class B driving license (car)
- Negotiation-level German and good English skills
