They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will be responsible for creating pipeline for Account Executives by engaging healthcare practices and driving qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Creating pipeline for Account Executives by engaging healthcare practices and driving qualified opportunities
- Own outbound pipeline generation across phone, email, and sequencing platforms
- Execute high-volume, high-quality prospecting daily (calls, emails)
- Qualify inbound and/or outbound leads against defined criteria
- Book meetings that convert to pipeline and revenue
- Partner closely with Account Executives to improve conversion rates
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM
- Continuously refine messaging, objection handling, and targeting
- Consistently mock call, practice, and refine new talk tracks both alone and with peers and leadership; role play conversations with prospects
- Hit or exceed monthly meeting quota
- Maintain strong call activity and conversion rates
- Generate qualified pipeline that closes
- Demonstrate rapid improvement through coaching and feedback
- Compete on leaderboards and push team performance higher

- background in SaaS or healthcare is a plus
