Role Overview
- Manage projects and/or products focused on the financial market
- Act as an interface between business areas, technology, and stakeholders
- Lead ceremonies, alignment sessions, and roadmap monitoring
- Ensure deadlines, scope, and quality of deliveries are met
- Map risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Support requirements definition and prioritization of requests
- Monitor KPIs and the progress of initiatives
Requirements
- Previous experience as a PM, Product Manager, Project Manager, or related roles
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Experience managing stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Strong communication, analytical mindset, and a hands-on approach
- Experience with regulatory processes and/or compliance
- Knowledge of financial products and banking operations
