Requirements
Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of primary market research, management consulting, strategic insights generation, commercial analytics, or related healthcare/pharmaceutical experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of primary market research, management consulting, strategic insights generation, commercial analytics, or related healthcare/pharmaceutical experience OR Associate’s degree and 8 years of primary market research, management consulting, strategic insights generation, commercial analytics, or related healthcare/pharmaceutical experience OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of primary market research, management consulting, strategic insights generation, commercial analytics, or related healthcare/pharmaceutical experience
Strategic synthesis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information, identify implications, and develop actionable recommendations
Cross functional influence and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in parallel, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to evolving priorities
Primary market research expertise, including experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies, such as opportunity assessments, patient journey, positioning, message testing, segmentation, and concept testing
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to cross functional partners and senior stakeholders
Oncology and hematology market knowledge, including understanding of treatment decision making, competitive landscapes, clinical differentiation, patient journeys, and evolving standards of care
Biopharmaceutical commercialization fluency, including familiarity with pipeline, launch, lifecycle strategy, forecasts, competitive intelligence, and commonly used industry datasets and databases.
