Role Overview
- Design and maintain training & certification frameworks
- Define and enforce certification governance models and control points
- Track and manage certification readiness, compliance, and skills coverage
- Produce dashboards and reports on readiness, compliance, and skills gaps
- Drive consistent execution across ServiceOS and Project teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
- Project Management and execution
- End-to-end project management for training and certification initiatives
- Ensuring alignment between business requirements and execution
- Collaborating with regional teams, Finance, and Operations for revenue recognition
- Performing monthly SOX controls including validation of key revenue and contract controls for compliance
