Role Overview
- Conduct market research and competitive assessments to support product strategy.
- Analyze product usage data, pilot program results, and key performance metrics.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Assist in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, customer success, and other internal teams.
- Improve product documentation of existing functionality by validating capabilities with engineering teams.
- Strengthen product team understanding of analytics, customer performance, competitive insights, and the broader market landscape.
- Refine customer segmentation models and create more efficient mechanisms for reporting on segment-level key metrics.
- Support operational efficiency by helping organize the product backlog and streamline PM workflows.
