Sales Representative, Inbound

Role Overview

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads
• Consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs
• Match coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
• Represent the Liberty brand
• Connect customers to the right products for their individual needs
• Work remotely from a home workspace

Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• 2-3 years sales experience preferred
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
